It is important to reflect on the progress we have made toward gender equity and the work that still needs to be done. In the technology industry, where women have historically been underrepresented, there are many challenges that still need to be addressed. The three elements \u2013 Women, Equity, and Digital \u2013 have a symbiotic relationship that is being recognized globally. The world is changing fast and I am happy to see people from trans community, marginalized backgrounds, minorities and people with disabilities participating in teams and leading from the front.<br \/>It\u2019s high time to think about all the mothers and embrace them open-heartedly who take long career breaks to raise kids or who are still raising kids. Foster a culture of belonging by creating safe spaces for open dialogue 5.
